To make our customers competitive through our unique Multi Discipline Support-Systems for electrical cables, instrumentation, HVAC channels and piping.

Serving the marine, oil & gas, petrochemical, renewable energy, clean room and infrastructure industries, Oglaend System produces a range of multi flexible systems and various support technologies that deliver added value through time reduction, maximised volume utilisation, weight reductions, enhanced life time integrity and improved safety performance.

It is our aim to contribute to the reduction of Total System Cost.

ENTREPRENEURIAL SPIRIT
We will not deny the fact that, over the years, we have developed our business acumen and that we have become commercially successful.

However, another kind of ‘presence’ that exists inour company is the entrepreneurial spirit. This has been part of us since 1977.

This means, for example, that colleagues in production departments think actively about the consumption of raw materials and cut down on waste at the same time.

It may also mean that the purchasing section work diligently to negotiate effective and economical contracts with our suppliers, or not least that in our sales and marketing work we strive to seek out the most profitable projects and customers. 
SOLUTION FOCUS
From the very start in 1977, our promise to our customers has always been to offer the best possible solution.

We have been very successful in keeping our promise. This has created great respect for our company and for the way we work.

We maintain focus on thinking ‘outside the box’ - our solutions are always based on the philosophy that we should strive to avoid unnecessary costs for the customer, so that, combined, the solution and the economics of the project are as effective as possible. 






DEDICATION
When we develop solutions for our customers, we exercise total dedication - both in relation to the customer and to our colleagues.

This means that customers do not merely regard us as a supplier, but also as a cooperating partner.

Internally, dedication means that we motivate each other and improve on the execution of our daily tasks by offering praise and constructive feedback - creating a sound workplace, bringing us forward and heightening the customer’s impression of us as a company.


RELIABILITY
A vital part of the spirit here at Øglænd System is our reliability, both in relation to customers, colleagues and cooperating partners.

This means that we do what we say we will and keep our promises. Occasionally, things do not always go as planned - in such case it is especially important to not only inform customers and colleagues in good time but to offer suggestions for a new solution. This develops trust and respect.
