- Coordination of our recruitment tasks, advertising, application processing, booking interviews and coordination of reference interviews
- Participate and coordinate onboarding processes
- Update our online manuals
- Managing employee data in our global HR system WorkDay
- Payroll related tasks
- Other tasks that go into an HR department including HR projects
- Øglaend System Office admin. tasks
- You have a bachelor’s degree in the field.
- 1-2 years of experience in general company experience is an advantage
- Fluent in English and Norwegian is necessary.
- It is necessary with very good qualifications within MS Office
- (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willing to learn, structured, solution-oriented and cooperative are qualities that are important for this position
