Högbytorp recycling plant

A brand-new recycling plant is currently under construction in Högbytorp in Sweden. This facility will use waste to produce electricity, district heating and biogas.

The energy company, E.ON, is collaborating with NCC to construct the recycling plant, which is set to provide energy to the ever growing Stockholm region.

A challenge on this project were the long distances between beams, which made it especially difficult to create supports for ventilation. Oglaend System helped NCC solve this challenge by creating a custom support solution that consisted of our Mekano® channels and beam clamps.
